The second meeting of the executive committee of the 13th Conference on Graph Theory and Algebraic Combinatorics was held online on Tursday 3 October 2024 with the participation of all members. In this meeting, different issues such as registration , location of speakers, accommodation of students and professors were discussed and opinions were exchanged, and  the decisions taken was immediately posted on the conference website.
