In the third meeting of the Executive Committee of the 13th Conference on Algebraic Graph Theory and Combinatorics, held online on Monday,May 28-29, 2025 the following key topics were carefully reviewed and decisions were made:  
1. Task Division and Clarification of Responsibilities:
   - The specific responsibilities of each esteemed committee member were reviewed in detail to ensure full coordination and cohesion in the execution of the conference programs.  
2. Scientific Process of the Conference:
   - The final deadline for paper submissions, evaluation criteria, and the timeline for announcing review results were clearly defined.  
   - The mechanism for selecting reviewers and necessary coordination to ensure a high-quality review process was emphasized.  
3. Event Timeline:
   - Key dates, including:  
      Paper submission deadline  
     Schedule of training workshops  
     Main conference timetable  
   were reviewed and finalized.  
4. Side Programs:
   - Matters related to advertising, public awareness, and cultural side events of the conference were discussed in detail.  
5. Accommodation and Transportation Planning:  
   - Details regarding the lodging of special guests and participants, as well as transportation and transfer arrangements, were discussed, and final decisions were approved.  
All the discussed items were unanimously approved by the esteemed committee members, and all members committed to fulfilling their assigned responsibilities promptly and accurately. This meeting, marked by active participation and constructive collaboration among all members, represents a significant step toward precise planning and successful execution of the 13th Conference on Algebraic Graph Theory and Combinatorics.
